Chief Executive Officer
Manu leads macro strategy, expanding key strategic partnerships and building out the product suite. Manu has over 16 years of front office derivative sales experience in the financial services industry. He joined us from Lloyds Bank, having previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank.

Chief Revenue Officer and Founder
Michael comes from a Financial Services background. His specialty is Regulatory Technology, Market Data and multi-asset class trading systems with a particular affinity for building from the ground up, operating and distributing of electronic foreign exchange trading venues used by top tier institutions.
Ashwind Soonarane
Chief Operating Officer and Founder
Ashwind specialises in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans aimed at achieving innovation and competitive advantage. He further plays an instrumental role in the design and development of our proprietary technology.

Sales Director (EMEA)
Prior to DMALINK, Michael has been part of the ADSS leadership team in London as head of relationship management. Here, he managed a pipeline of global prospects as well as onboarded and acquired new clients.
